The complex was recently sold and anything that made this place 5 star is being removed. When I move in there was a security guard on duty all night every night. Whit new management they were let go! The glass door to my building has been broken for over two weeks with a piece of cardboard covering the hole . Don’t move here it’s only going to get worse.

Since moving at what’s now known as “ Brix” back in March our time in this apartment, I've noticed some recent changes that have impacted the overall living experience. When I first moved here, the previous management used to organize special event nights, fostering a sense of community and fun. However, these events have disappeared, leaving residents feeling disconnected. In addition to this, the parking situation is quite challenging, and it's disheartening to see some residents storing their cars where they shouldn't. Even with the introduction of parking decals, it hasn't freed up any parking spaces, so people are still forced to park their cars out in the street. Moreover, there was a concerning security issue with the door to Building 2. The entire glass panel was missing, essentially leaving it wide open to anyone, which raises serious safety concerns. The absence of night security further compounds these worries. Additionally, the removal of landscapers has affected the overall aesthetics of the property. To top it off, there's a persistent issue with a strong smell of dog poop and urine, especially when exiting Building 3. The maintenance people all got let go with this NEW management , leaving all of the residents with problems and no solutions I hope the NEW management “ MARK TAYLOR “ can address these issues and properly introduce themselves because they haven’t as of now . Pathetic

Toured a few days ago and I have to say it’s a hidden gem. The grounds are well kept, there’s a bodega inside, and so much to keep you comfortable without having to leave home. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They rise so far above the last “group” when I toured the property under its previous name/management. They even directed me through the downtown traffic so I could avoid the crowd.

Parking has and unfortunately always will be an issue. With previous management, cars were being towed left and right. I had one time been “accidentally” towed from my assigned carport spot. Now that new management has taken over it seems the situation has gotten worse in a completely different way. I’m not even sure if parking decals are still being utilized in the community. I came home from a 12 hour shift, to a car parked in my registered car port space (with no parking decal visible mind you). I called our previous tow company and was told they no longer service our community. I then called the towing company on the parking awnings and was told only management can tow a car. Which, wasn’t an option because it was 1am on a Sunday morning. Not to mention, I had a friend come by to feed my cat that day while I was at work, she tried to park on the street near that lot but they had rented the entire lot out for the diamond backs game and were charging $10 for a space. I ended up having to drive around the community for over an hour waiting for a car to leave from an uncovered spot so I could park as the other lot was fully taken and I wasn’t going to take another residents car port. Moreover, the front gate was broken all weekend (during one of the BUSIEST weekends of the year thus far - baseball playoffs) to “fix this” they added an alarm to the gate that sounded whenever someone left the community… not sure how that helped. They could have sent a team out the day it broke, instead they left the gate wide open for 2 more days. Any resident that lives near the gate or in a unit with windows facing the gate heard a literal siren sound every 10 minutes for almost 3 days. I sent emails regarding both of these things and didn’t hear back until I sent ANOTHER email on Monday. To which there was an IMMEDIATE response saying “sorry I’m not in the office and don’t check emails on weekends” I fully understand having days off but I did email both a leasing agent and the general email for the complex. At least previous management did have someone on staff to address concerns on weekends as well as weekdays and I never had an issue getting in contact and having a problem solved quickly. I really hope these bumps get worked out and i understand new management inherited a lot of problems with the community as is- however there should never be an issue getting a car out of a spot that I pay monthly for or fixing a huge security issue with a gate being wide open with no active security on the property.

Man this has been the best apartment living I’ve ever experienced. Front staff was exceptional. Both Katie, Katelyn and Dustin were seriously top tier. Management can make or break a community and in this case they definitely made it. Hate to say goodbye but I’m thankful for the short time that I had here. Anyone looking for a place should look no further.
